I just had a two hour intensive with my new 1:1 client…and it was off the chain!

She owns a super dope events company here in SoCal and is insanely talented.

But her business is…well quite frankly a mess.

And she is ready to level tf up!

​
Being a 1/3 Sacral Generator with lots of feminine energy in her chart, she’s a total artist creative type who just loves to flow…

​
All of the business systems, foundations, strategies…it does NOT bring her joy.

She is popping off with bookings but she’s still not at the point where she’s ready to hire a team to handle admin and what not.

She needs to get her business in order,

In a way that feels good and aligned for her,

So that she can just focus on what lights her up and keeps her magnetic Generator Aura potent and attracting alllllllllll the dream clients.

Here’s what we did today:

I took at look at her current business operations and identified the gaps.

• We made a list of tasks to be done and prioritized it from what is a “mayday mayday get this done now” down to what is “I’ll get to it when I have time”.
• We defined her Client Journey…from point “Inquiry” to point “Party’s Over”
• We created a Client Journey Checklist so she understands what needs to be done when, depending on where each client is on their journey with her services.
• We created an outline for an email sequence that followed her Client Journey.
• We outlined her new Business Policies (because Boundaries y'all)
• We outlined a contract
• We set up a calendar booking system for discovery calls
• We focused on making EVERYTHING mobile because this busy Generator is ALWAYS on the go and can’t be bothered with her desktop computer

Today was all about getting the logistics in order…

Because once she has her business systems and foundations handled,

Then she can focus on visibility and growth.

In our coming sessions we will focus on her pricing & service packages, then we will start in on marketing strategies and messaging.

​
Baby steps.

Although with this powerhouse boss babe’s energy, I have a feeling we will be moving FAST!

And I cannot wait to see how this all unfolds for her.

This is the first client I’ve had where we were so logistic heavy right out the gate,

But as a creative, feminine, fly by the seat of her pants Generator…

it’s what she needed to move forward.
