I’ve always been the one who needs a minute...

Reader

I’ve always been the one who needs a minute.

Not because I don’t know what I want.
Not because I’m indecisive.
But because I feel everything before I act.

I’ll sit with an offer idea for weeks before I say a word about it publicly.
I’ll circle the outline of a masterclass for days...tweaking the bones, watching the energy shift...until suddenly it all drops in like lightning.
I’ll hold back from launching while everyone else is sprinting, only to publish something in a 10-minute window that brings in exactly the right people.

For most of my life, I made myself wrong for this.

I thought I was “behind.”
That I was “too slow.”
That I didn’t have the drive to make things happen.

I watched people who posted every day and launched every quarter and seemed to have content scheduled into infinity and thought...
Maybe I’m just not built for this.

But that wasn’t the truth.

The truth is my pace is intentional.
Even when it looks like waiting.
Even when it looks like procrastinating.
Even when it looks like I’ve fallen off the map.

Because when I move out of alignment, I burn out.
When I speak before I’ve felt it in my bones, it doesn’t land.
When I launch just because the calendar says I should, I resent it halfway through.

So I stopped rushing.

And I started trusting the pause.

Because what looks like stillness on the outside is often strategy on the inside.

And when the moment is right...
I move fast.
I move clearly.
I move powerfully.

Not because I forced it.
But because I waited for the timing to match the message.

✴︎ This week’s SoulFull Shift:

You are not too slow.
You are not behind.
You are not missing the moment.

You are someone whose timing is sacred.

And if you try to force your process into someone else’s calendar…
You’ll miss the magic your rhythm was always designed to create.

There is no prize for being first to market.
There is no trophy for rushing through a launch plan.
There is no badge of honor for performing “consistency” at the expense of your inner peace.

The people who feel your work the deepest...
They don’t care how fast you got there.
They care that it’s true.

☉ Try this instead:

1. Name your pace without apology.
Start your newsletter with, “This took a minute. I’m glad it did.”
Own the time it took to get clear. That’s part of the power.

2. Create space after decisions, not just before.
If you said yes to a podcast, a launch, a new offer...build in recovery time. Honor the output with rest.

3. Pay attention to the difference between fear and knowing.
If the pause feels anxious, get curious.
If it feels grounded, trust it.

You’re not slow.
You’re strategic.
You’re attuned.
You’re precise.

And when your timing is right…
It’s unstoppable.

Jenna

Reader, I used to treat the algorithm like a god. I’d post at the “right” time.Follow the hooks.Play with the line spacing.Churn out short-form content like it was the golden ticket. And for a while, it worked...Until it didn’t. One week I’d get reach. The next? Crickets. One post would convert. The next ten? Nothing.I’d tweak, test, try again...assuming I was the variable that needed fixing. But here’s what no one tells you: The algorithm wasn’t built to support your business. It was built to...

Reader, I used to spend hours preparing for a single client call. I’m talking multiple documents, dozens of tabs, meticulous breakdowns of their Type, Strategy, Authority, Profile, Centers, Variables, Gates… Then cross-analyzing all of that through the lens of business.Running every question they submitted through their chart.Outlining what I thought they needed to hear.Trying to predict every direction we might go. It became exhausting. Not because I didn’t love the work, but because I was...

I needed to prove I was ready.I thought that’s what a “professional coach” did.Come prepared. Come polished. Anticipate every question before it was asked.
