If you looked at how fast I make decisions, you may not guess I’m a Projector.

I’m not someone who needs weeks to mull things over.
I don’t talk myself in circles or get stuck in analysis.
When I know, I know.

That’s my Splenic Authority.

It’s quick. It’s quiet. It’s clear.
And it’s never steered me wrong.

But here’s what most people don’t understand about Projectors like me:

Yes, I decide quickly.
But I cannot sustain high-speed momentum over time.

Because even when I’m moving fast, my energy still isn’t built to stay on.

And for a long time, I didn’t know how to reconcile that.

I’d feel the spark of something...a launch idea, a content thread, a new offer...and I’d run with it.
Write the posts. Schedule the calls. Build the plan.

Then a few days in, I’d hit a wall.

My nervous system would whisper, “Slow down.”​
But the internet would scream, “Keep going.”

And I’d feel like a flake.

Like I was inconsistent. Unreliable.
Too hot and cold to be trusted.

But that wasn’t the truth.

The truth was: I was forcing my system to behave like a Generator’s.

I thought fast decisions meant I should also be able to keep up with fast execution.

But just because the knowing is instant…doesn’t mean the energy is infinite.

Speed and stamina are not the same thing.

You can have lightning-fast clarity and still need space to recover, integrate, and recalibrate between surges.

You can act quickly without building your entire business around urgency.

You can be powerful in the moment and still need days to reset after delivering that power.

That doesn’t make you inconsistent.
That makes you self-aware.

☉ Try this instead:

1. Redefine what consistency looks like in your business.​
Not constant content. Not back-to-back offers.
But calibrated delivery...based on what your energy can actually hold.

2. Protect the space between your output.​
After you launch, create, or serve...pause.
Don’t fill the gap with your next big idea. Let your system rest.

3. When clarity comes fast, trust it. But don’t rush execution.​
Let the nudge initiate. Let your structure support it.
Don’t default to the performance pace you were taught to mimic.

You’re not scattered.
You’re not unreliable.
You’re not inconsistent.

You’re just moving at the rhythm you were always meant to.

You get to be decisive and gentle.
Clear and spacious.
Fast and sovereign.
